The second part of the approval process [takes time: about 8 weeks]


Consulate notarized contract to the Department of Labor (ID407)

Helper application documents submitted to the Hong Kong Immigration Department visa

Write receipts received by an employer (ID813) setting out the application number of files

Employers receive a visa approval notice (ID815B) or phone call

Hong Kong Immigration Department to obtain a visa helpers
(Need to pay visa fees and re-training of the amount of the check)

Employment centers and employers agreed helpers arrival date


Including submission of required documents:
  1. The contract of employment has been notarized originals (ID407)
  2. The owner photocopy of identity card or passport
  3. Economic situation of the employer proof (copy)
  4. Employers proof of address (original and copy)
  5. Write receipts (ID813)
  6. Application for Employment of Domestic Helpers from Abroad (ID407K)
  7. Visa / Entry Permit Application Form (ID936A)
  8. The applicant's work experience declarations (ID936F)
  9. A photocopy of a valid passport helpers
  10. Helpers 2 photo
  11. Undertaking (ID407L)
  12. Working certificate helpers

Part III assumed office / Port handled matters [Duration: about 2 weeks]

Arrange for an ID card

After the purchase labor insurance / medical examination to Hong Kong

Helper belongs to the consulate to report
